Organizujemy grupę treningową. Treningi 2 x w tygodniu w tym 1 na macie (w obuwiu).
Rozpoczynamy szkolenie od poziomu „0”. Nie wymagamy przygotowania.
Wystarczy przyjść i chcieć. Reszta zajmą się nasi instruktorzy. Spotkanie organizacyjne 12. września (wtorek) godz. 19.00 Zespół Szkół nr 2 ul.
